ORDER
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to update your shipment status. If your tracking info hasn’t updated after 48 hours, email us at 18CandleStudio.com with your order number.
Is sales tax included in my order?
Sales tax is applied at checkout for U.S. customers. International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes, which are not included in your order. Please check with your local customs office for details.
How can I update my shipping address?
If your order is going to the wrong address, contact us immediately at 18CandleStudio.com to update it.
My order arrived missing, damaged, or incorrect items. What should I do?
Report any issues within 5 days of receiving your order. Send your order number and details of the problem to18CandleStudio.com, and we’ll assist you.
SHIPPING
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes, but only via Standard shipping.
Domestic (USA) Orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

During the 1|8 Candle Studio Launch, order processing may take up to 7 days due to all orders are made to order.

Rush and Expedited shipping are available only to the 48 US states. We currently do not ship outside the US as of now, but we are still working on it.
